Puppylicious Treats started 2 years ago when Jessica and Jordan bought their little girl, Shea. She was very spoiled, and not very good at following directions, such as where to simply go to the bathroom. Her owners tried countless treats and she would but sniff them and walk away. They knew that their pup would soon be an adult and had to be trained somehow. Jessica started shopping for doggie treats everywhere; the Internet, the local pet stores, grocery stores, etc. Nothing seemed to work! Jordan also began to wonder what was even in these treats they were buying and why they were able to sit on grocery store shelves for so long.

That's when the idea for Puppylicious Treats happened. This idea didn't happen over night because Shea of course, would not eat half of what they made. Countless months in the kitchen, left them with a few dog treats that Shea would actually eat. They sampled them on friend's and family's dogs and they were an instant hit. People were left begging for more.

They started selling at local fairs and then the demand for more treats soon began. That is how Puppylicious Treats grew into what it is today. They started out with peanut butter biscuits and have opened their bakery cases to delectable treats that any human would eat.

Crude Analysis:

        Minimum Crude Protein - 19%
        Minimum Crude Fat - 18%
        Minimum Crude Fiber - 11%
        Maximum Moisture 2.4%

Cheese Pupables: water, cheddar cheese, powdered eggs, vanilla, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, cornmeal, and rolled oats.

Pup Cakes: water, powdered eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and whole wheat flour.
Treats also contain either bananas, apples, carob powder, or peanut butter.
Note: Pup Cakes should be refrigerated to maintain optimal freshness.

Carob Éclairs: water, carob powder, powdered eggs, vanilla, whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, cornmeal, and rolled oats.

Wheat-Free Peanut Butter Treats: water, safflower oil, all-natural peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, rice flour, cornmeal, and rolled oats.

Yogurt is colored using all-natural food coloring. Some treats may also be dipped in carob, all-natural peanut butter or yogurt.

What is carob? One would be surprised to know that carob comes from the fruit of an evergreen tree. The tree's bean-like pods are picked, dried then ground into a fine powder that looks very similar to cocoa. AND it contains vitamin B1, B2, calcium, magnesium, iron and has more vitamin A than asparagus!

Luckily, you don't have to worry about it making your pup sick because carob contains NONE of the dangerous and harmful ingredients found in the cocoa bean. As you know – cocoa is a no-no!
